Growth continues with senior sales hires: Patrick Pettay & Christian Atack
IQzone’s Postitial product ended 2013 on a high note with 8x growth in impressions during Q4 and Q1 2014 was no different. Mobile publishers and developers across all app categories have been adopting the Postitial ad placement. What most publishers like is that Postitial enables them to deliver full screen ads at the end of the app session, which does not compromise the in-app user experience.
Instrumental to this success were the additions of two seasoned sales and business developers to the IQzone team. Patrick Pettay joined as Global Vice President for Sales and has been overseeing commercial operations. Christian Atack joined as Director of Business Development EMEA and has been focused on developing the company in region. Both Patrick and Christian have already been instrumental in the tremendous growth and adoption of IQzone’s Postitial with developers.
Prior to joining at IQzone, Patrick worked at mobile ad network InMobi as Director of Advertising and Head of App Developer Business Development based in London. Before InMobi, Patrick worked as VP Business Development and Operations for Fox Networks based in Los Angeles.
In his own words, Patrick summarizes his time thus far at IQzone. “The past 6 months at IQzone have been a very exciting time. Having already established relationships with most of the major mobile ad SSPs/exchanges, IQzone is now ready for the next step to ramp up the business. Prior to joining IQzone, Christian worked for over a decade in mobile personalization and downloads market working closely with Global Mobile Operators and OEM’s monetizing their Games and Application stores for Jamba, Fox Mobile and Monstermob. A recent move into mobile advertising networks, most recently as Director of Publisher Relations for Inneractive, based in London.
In his own words, Christian talks about the product and his experience to-date: “Postitial creates tangible value for developers by enabling them to increase their revenue streams by adding a new ad placement that drives incremental revenue coupled with higher eCPMs. The unique thing about Postitial is that it does not compromise the user experience as ads are displayed after the user has ended the app session.
